ItsDocDoc is a product provided by Growth Catalyst Crew LLC, a limited liability company in Augusta, Georgia, United States. Where these terms say “we”, they mean Growth Catalyst Crew LLC. ItsDocDoc and itsdocdoc.com are the names the service trades under; they are not separate legal entities.

It records when those links are opened and reports that back to you.
What this site describes is what the product does today. Capabilities that are defined but not yet built are not sold as available, and are marked as such wherever they appear.
You need an account to use ItsDocDoc. You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and for the role you give them: administrators can upload, classify, delete and change settings.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has them.
The documents you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — storing your files, generating previews and presentation artefacts from them, and serving them to the people you choose to share them with.
We do not use your documents to train anything, and we do not show them to other customers.
Do not use ItsDocDoc to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe anyone else’s rights, or to attack the service or the people using it.
Plan prices, the number of assets each plan keeps in active use, and the rate at which storage is billed are set out on the pricing page. Those figures are the ones the product itself uses.
The remaining billing terms — how payment is taken, when a subscription renews, when a cancellation takes effect, and how refunds and limits are handled — are being finalised and will be published here before any of them apply to you.
We aim to keep ItsDocDoc running, and we will not pretend it can never be unavailable.
Any service-level commitment, and the warranty and liability terms that normally accompany one, are being prepared.
You can stop using ItsDocDoc at any time. Archiving withdraws a document from active use without destroying it; permanently deleting an asset removes its stored files as well as its records.
What happens to everything else in your workspace after you stop — how long it is kept, and how you can export it first — is being finalised alongside the retention schedule in our privacy policy.
The law these terms are read under is being confirmed. Until it is published here, treat this document as a description of how the service works rather than as a concluded agreement.
